Ready to rumble?

I have been absolutely dominating my family in Monopoly Deal over the holiday and feeling recharged.

Everyone has their own ways to get some rest for the big 2025, mine was being obnoxious and way overly competitive in a card game with my loved ones that started many fights.

The Florida sunshine has also been nice.

Projects like The Quick Snap and COACH with Bill Belichick didn’t stop over the holidays, but there was definitely less of a “grind” (Actually, it’s funny our NYE Quick Snap episode with Scott Zolak was our most viewed episode of the season).

Recharging is huge.

The goal is to continue to explode the projects I spoke about in last week’s post and take them to the next level. In order to do that, I need a recharge.

Recharging includes unplugging.

I am a bit addicted to my phone. It’s tough because a lot of my actual day-to-day work happens right on my cellular device.

Weather that’s IG, X, YouTube or the other classics, my livelihood depends on building brands / audiences on those platforms (not for me personally but athletes and other brands).

BUT I am fortunate enough to be able to come down to Florida with my fam and spend some days boating, golfing, eating and like I said, dominating my family in Monopoly Deal.

Coach John Fox, way cooler guy than you will ever be. Legend.

New Golf Cart Whips.

I promise, I will stop with the Florida selfie photos in the coming weeks. BIGGGG selfie guy.

All of these fun things definitely help you stay off your phone.

Your NFL Tickets Are Gold—Turn Them into Cash with Lysted

You’re an NFL season ticket holder—you know the value of a great game. But when you can’t make it, why let those seats go empty? Lysted lets you turn those unused tickets into cash effortlessly. Just list once, and let them take care of the rest, selling your tickets across all major platforms like StubHub, Ticketmaster, and SeatGeek. It’s fast, easy, and gets you paid without lifting a finger.

Ok, want to see the literal definition of unplugging?

Here’s my typical daily screen time:

That’s a lot of damn hours holding an electronic device. I blame fantasy football playoff season and Patriots Twitter for being bonkers as of late.

Here’s a day I spent on the boat and watching football… a LETHAL combo:

3.5 hours simply isn’t repeatable.

BUT it shows that yes, I successfully unplugged over the holidays.

My New Year’s resolution is to get to 7 hours as a daily average.

Writing that out still sounds horrible and a whole lot of hours.

And yes, I feel fricken’ incredible and excited to get back in grind mode for a big year.

BTW, if you’re in charge of a marketing a consumer brand or product and want to be involved with the athletes and shows we have going on at Shadow Lion, hit me up on email/DM. Would love to connect.

Hope you were able to charge up the batteries as well. Go get ready to rumble in your own arena this year. Be a savage, be the god damn DAWG that you are. Do you, and don’t quit. Let’s win on 3… 1, 2, 3… WINNNNNN!

Cheers to 2025 everybody! I love you lots.

But first, let me take a selfie…
